Types of Violations
Actions that can be considered violations are divided into three main categories:
Category 1: Violations related to company assets & property and corruption
Category 2: General violations
Category 3: Violations related to company policies
Every employee is familiar with the current system in place, as documented in the Company Code of Ethics, various company policies and regulations, and the Employee Discipline Policy.
Confidentiality of the Reporter
PT Raksasa guarantees full confidentiality of the reporter's identity. Protection of identity confidentiality will be provided to the reporter who provides information regarding indications of misconduct by officials/employees of PT Raksasa.
This confidentiality is protected throughout the process of investigating the complaint/report of indications of misconduct, in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. Reports can be submitted anonymously or using a pseudonym/alias.
